Gunfire Erupts at Lil Baby’ Music Video Shoot in Atlanta, Leaving Three Men Injured

Lil Baby was captured on video by a local taco store, apparently arriving at the shoot hours before the violence unfolded.
Eyewitnesses claim that Lil Baby was in the vicinity during the shooting but was not harmed. However, Atlanta police confirmed that three men sustained gunshot wounds. A 27-year-old man was shot in the back, a 24-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the arm, and a 23-year-old man was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck.

According to Atlanta police, the injured men were not part of Lil Baby’s production team. Nevertheless, they indicated that some individuals involved in the overall production might have been connected to the incident. Witnesses, including Chasity Roman of Slapping Tacos ATL, recounted the harrowing experience of being caught in the crossfire.
Following the shooting, Atlanta Police Department officials launched a full investigation into the incident. While Lil Baby was in the area at the time of the shooting, authorities stated that he was not targeted. The shooting took place around 5 p.m. in the Dixie Hills neighborhood, and police emphasized that the incident appeared to be isolated and targeted.

Video footage shared on social media showed Lil Baby arriving at the music video shoot location, which was in proximity to Verbena Street NW, where the shooting occurred. Despite the chaos, all three injured men were alert, conscious, and breathing, with expectations of recovery.
The shooting prompted Slapping Tacos, the nearby taco spot, to close for the rest of the day. The owner expressed gratitude to supporters and extended prayers to those involved, emphasizing their commitment to safety in the community.
