As per sources, Gawvi, a Christian hip-hop artist, has been accused of sending inappropriate pictures to several women out there. He has been dropped by Reach Records, his label, over his shameful act. He is a married man and still got involved in sending unsolicited and inappropriate photos to the other women.
You might be thinking that how this news came on the surface. It all started after he decided to divorce his wife after being separated in 2020. He and his wife Brianna Azucena has been living apart for 2 years now. Therefore as soon as Gawvi announced his divorce from his wife, the allegations came out in public.

Cataphant, a visual artist, has claimed the allegations that Gawvi has been sending inappropriate pictures to several women when he was married to Brianna Azucena. After this accusation came on the headlines, Reach Records decided to cancel their professional association with Gawvi. They also dropped him from their package tour, We Are Unashamed, which was to be organized soon.
Reach Record’s Reaction on Gawvi’s Action
Reach Records claimed that Gawvi’s behavior was inconsistent with the core values of the company therefore they decided to drop him from the label.
They also said that the decision of dropping him from the label was tough but it was necessary. The company also asked all the followers of them for praying and sending good wishes to the families and the people who got affected by the action of Gawvi.
As per sources, the ‘We Are Unashamed’ tour is going to continue In March and April. It will not include Gawvi in the team from this year. The artists who will be featured in the performances are Andy Mineo, Trip Lee, Lecrae, WHATUPRG, Tedashii, Hulvey, 1K Phew, and Wande.
Gawvi’s Ongoing Controversy
On 30th January 2022, Gawvi officially announced on social media about his divorce from his wife Brianna Azucena. In the post, he wrote, “we did everything we could to make it work for years, but after seeking the support of friends, family, and counseling, I came to an extremely hard decision to move forward in a direction that I felt would be the healthiest.”

He also mentioned in his divorce that “there is no scandal or gossip” and this separation is continuing with the mutual decision taken by “two adults”. The couple has decided to split their ways but they will love their children in the same way.
They will try their best to offer their two children the best environment for growing up. The musician has asked his fans to respect his privacy and thank them for their support and prayers during this difficult time.
Cataphant’s Statement on This Controversy
After Gawvi made this announcement on social media, Azucena’s Friend, Cataphant, posted a tweet by putting allegation on the Christian hip hop star for his improper behavior with several women. According to her, Gawvi has sent unasked and improper pictures to other women before his separation from his wife Azucena. She said that her allegations were not a knee-jerk thoughtless reaction.

His controversial behavior was known by many people in the world as he was doing it for many years. Cataphant also claimed that he was not good at covering his tracks. She called Gawvi a textbook narcissist and liar. Many people tried to confront him but he refused to accept his mistakes and take responsibility for his action.
The virtual artist, Cataphant, took a stand for her friend Azucena who was incorrectly represented in the divorce statement. Azucena has not confirmed all the allegations made on her ex-husband.
