In a 2019 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! the singer recalled meeting the Pirates of the Caribbean actor for the first time. They began dating shortly afterwards. They made their relationship Instagram official in May 2016 when they announced their romance. After attending the Cannes Film Festival, the “Firework” singer posted a picture of himself and Bloom on the steps of the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. A relationship was started between the singer-songwriter, 38, and the actor, 46, and in the past few years, they have been engaged as well as extended their family. Orlando – who has worked on Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean – says they’ve had “ups and downs”. From 2010 to 2013, the 46-year-old British actor was married to model Miranda Kerr, with whom he welcomed a son in January 2011. Between 2010 and 2011, Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand. Perry and Bloom wore matching couples costumes as Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton for Halloween later that year.
