When was Tammy Sytch arrested?

The former WWE star was detained Friday night and taken to the Volusia County Jail, where she was charged on a variety of counts, the most severe of which was felony DUI manslaughter. She was also contacted about 8 previous offences, the most of which were DUI-related.

One of the charges she was arrested for is driving with a suspended/revoked licence and inflicting grievous bodily damage and/or death as a result. Her bail is set at more than $220,000 in total. You’ll recall that this all stems from the terrible tragedy that police believe Tammy Sytch caused in late March – though it’s unclear why she’s only being arrested now, more than a month later.

In any event… the narrative is heartbreaking. According to a traffic collision record acquired, Tammy Sytch was speeding down a highway when she collided with the back of another car on the road that was stopped at a traffic signal. The driver was brought to the hospital but died as a result of his injuries. Julian Lasseter, 75, is said to be that victim. If convicted on these additional accusations, Tammy Sytch faces substantial prison time. Before this, the former wrestler was arrested at least six times for drinking and driving.
