Recent news about Fetty Wap says that he is arrested again on 17th December, Friday. Two months ago he was arrested but was released on bail. And now he has been taken to the lockup again. Fetty Wap, Willie Junior Maxwell II, was present at the Newark Liberty airport, on the day of his arrest. His ankle monitor sent a signal to the authorities as alerting them.
However, as per sources, the charge that is put on Fetty Wap before arresting is related to public nuisance. We got the information that he was involved in public nuisance in North Bergen, New Jersey and the warrant against him was an outstanding one registered in Fetty Wap’s name. When the airport authorities received an alert signal from the ankle monitor of Fetty Wap they found that outstanding warrant because of which he got arrested.
Will Fetty Wap Receive Bail for the Current Arrest?
As per reports released by TMZ, Fetty Wap will get a chance to avail bail soon and after that only he will be released. A member of the authority said to the media that, “he has been released on bail. No bond amount is indicated. And no photo ID.”
The Previous Arrest Of Fetty Wap?
Previously t he rapper, Fetty Wap, was arrested on 28th October with the charges of trafficking drugs. He was arrested in Citi Field in New York City. The 30-year-old rapper was availed a bail of $500,000 by a U.S. District judge. Another condition that was put before offering him bail was that he will have to wear an ankle monitor and surrender his passport. He was also banned from traveling abroad without any prior permission from the authorities.
He was also forced to take some drug tests for checking whether he is still addicted to the drugs or not. Fetty Wap was having an illegal business where he was running a cocaine and heroin trafficking ring.
At the time when Fetty Wap was arrested, he was with his five other gang members along with $1.5 million cash, two KG of heroin, 16 KG of cocaine, guns, and fentanyl pills. He used to transport the drugs to Long Island and was the regular distributor for them. Fetty Wap was involved in doing crime and most of the illegal works during his teenage.
He was dealing with legal troubles on a regular basis. In the year 2017, with charges of drunk driving and drag racing, he was arrested.
