Jamie Foxx remains hospitalized for over three weeks after suffering from a medical emergency. Moreover, his friends are urging Foxx’s fans and everyone to send prayers.

Jamie Foxx’s friends call for prayers
Jamie Foxx’s current condition is being kept under close wraps by his family. However, a source close to his family echoed a plea saying, ‘Pray for Jamie.’
Foxx’s close friend Charles Alston took to his official Instagram account on 1st May to ask for prayers and to keep Foxx in their thoughts.
He said, ‘We need you back Bro. As I always state a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity!! You’re test becomes your testimony!!’

He added, ‘We all can’t wait to receive you back home to celebrate, laugh with, and applaud you!!’
Alston then went on to ask mercy from “Allah The Creator of the Heavens & Earth’ as well as pleaded for ‘merciful healing powers’ for Foxx.
Foxx’s other friend Nick Cannon also talked about his hospital during his interview with Entertainment Tonight on 23rd April.

Jamie Foxx’s 29-year-old daughter, Corinne Foxx, informed his fans, media as well as the public about her father’s hospitalization on 12th April.
She said, ‘From the Foxx family: We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.’
She continued, ‘We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, the Foxx family.’
While not much is known about the medical emergency that resulted in Foxx’s hospitalization, it is evident that it was severe enough for him to be rushed into the hospital.
In addition, TMZ reported that the actor’s family members have been visiting the facility since his condition was reported to be critical.
Nevertheless, few media outlets have claimed that Foxx has managed to communicate. But it remains unclear when he will be released from the hospital.
Meanwhile, Foxx is a well-known and acclaimed actor who is recognized for his performance in films like Ray, Django Unchained, and Collateral.
