As both sides struggle to cut down hundreds of potential jurors to twelve, jury selection in the YSL trial continues. Throughout the proceedings, Young Thug has appeared in court every day. Young Thug can be seen sitting behind a desk full of papers in court in a Livestream of the trial on the Infamous Sylvia YouTube channel. The video below shows Thugger staring off solemnly at one point before lowering his head onto the table face-first around the 55-minute mark. A video clip of the rapper’s snippet has been circulating on social media, with fans commenting on it. You get lonely in that courtroom when you are fighting for your life. One Twitter user commented on the video that he went from having his way to facing a dub [plus]. The YSL RICO case is being tried against 14 individuals, including Young Thug. Among the charges against Thug are eight violations of the RICO Act, a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a charge of possession of codeine with intent to distribute, a charge of possession of cocaine, and a charge of possessing a machine gun. On Jan. 4, jury selection began in the case. It is expected that the case will take close to a year to be tried. An alleged prescription drug was handed to Young Thug last week by his codefendant Kahlieff Adams.

Rapper Young Thug Fans Are Concerned After Seeing A Video Of The Rapper Looking Defeated In Court
Young Thug seems to be going through it right now. You are likely aware that rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, has been jailed for alleged violations of RICO ( Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). An Atlanta police officer arrested the 31-year-old entertainer on May 9, 2022, on charges of gang membership. A 56-count indictment filed by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis alleged that 28 people were associated with YSL, including Young Thug and Gunna, 29. As a result of plea deals, many of Young Thug’s associates, including Gunna, have been released from police custody. During his most recent court appearance, Young Thug appears tired and defeated in video footage. The rapper hangs his head low in the clip, which has been viewed over one million times on Twitter, before nodding several times and resting his forehead on the table. Before Thug’s emotional moment, it’s unclear what (if anything) was going on with him.
Considering Thug’s current legal troubles, it may come as no surprise that he is exhausted. There has been some discussion on social media about the video clip snippet, which has circulated on the internet. Considering that the nigga was in court on a RICO charge, yea I’d say that’s a reasonable reaction, one tweet reads. It gets more upsetting every time prayers are offered up for him and his family but nothing about his label group YSL is mentioned, someone else commented on it. Last week, the “Special” rapper was in the news after his co-defendant, Kahlieff Adams, gave him a Percocet pill during jury selection inside the courtroom. Legal counsel for Thug claims that their client was not involved in the drug exchange. One of the defendants in Young Thug’s YSL RICO case, Rodalius Ryan, claimed he had been assaulted and injured by a Fulton County deputy.
I’m 90% sure they find him guilty, maybe even 95%. Unless they call Saul

If he's the menace everyone says he is I can't say I feel bad. We all walk the path we've chosen and he chose to be a menace to the community. Tough. https://t.co/Jl0Im7sUHF
