It has not been that long since Fake Lil Durk, aka Perkio rose to fame after his uncanny resemblance to the Chicago rapper went viral. He has however managed to get himself in some serious trouble.
Perkio’s name has been popping up on social media platforms since he started collaborating with YouTubers who want him to feature in their video.
According to Perkio, he was supposed to talk with another creator regarding their YouTube video but things went awry. The star took to Instagram to share his side of the story.

Fake Lil Durk who goes by the nickname Lil Perkio shared an over seven-minute-long video talking about a supposed collaboration with the Nelk Boys.
Perkio begins the clip by mentioning that the YouTube group contacted him on Instagram. They asked for a collaboration to which he answered in the affirmative.
He further says that Chicago rapper 6ix9ine and his entourage allegedly ambushed him when he was talking with the Nelk Boys.
The influencer went on to say that somebody threw a jacket on him when he went upstairs with the YouTube group.
He claims that he had already said ‘no’ to the Nelk Boys that he will not collaborate with 6ix9ine.
The influencer later confirmed that Steve Will Do It was also present when the whole drama was taking place. He alleges that the 23 years old YouTuber purposefully set him up.
DJ Akademiks, who keeps the fans updated about the drama happening in the hip hop world, reposted Perkio’s viral clip on his official Instagram handle. He also posted the text exchange from 6ix9ine in which it is implied that the meeting was planned.
6ix9ine and Steve Will Do It responds to Lil Perkio’s video clip
Lil Durk’s impersonator accusations sat well neither with 6ix9ine nor with YouTuber Steve.
Steve commented on DJ Akademiks’ reposted clip saying that he wanted to see the DM. He further pointed out that he never texted Perkio and that the influencer met with 6ix9ine for cash.
Rapper 6ix9ine confirmed that Steve did not plan the meeting and that Perkio was lying.
DJ Akademiks later shared footage that showed Perkio counting $7k cash for the video he promised to do with 6ix9ine.
