Twitter CEO Elon Musk is stepping down from his role as the head of Twitter and he might be replaced by Ella Irwin. Well, ever since Tesla CEO Elon took over Twitter, things have not been smooth for both users of the platform and Musk himself. However, the time is finally to have the platform in new hands and the buzz is all about Ella Irwin.

There were protests on Twitter going on for changes made on the site. Some of the users even started looking for alternatives to Twitter. Resulting in finally Elon Musk conducting a poll on the platform to ask if he should step down as the CEO of Twitter. The majority of the users wanted him to step down and yes we are soon to have a new Twitter CEO.

Elon Musk announces a new female CEO to take over Twitter

After all the criticism that Elon Musk faced after taking over Twitter. He finally made a big announcement on May 12th, 2023. As he shared about the new CEO taking over Twitter. In his tweet making the announcement he wrote “Excited to announce that I’ve hired a new CEO for X/Twitter”.

Though he didn’t mention any name as who is to be the new CEO of Twitter. He certainly said that it’s time for all to have a female CEO this time. As he had tweeted “She will be starting in ~6 weeks!”. However, we do have hints on who could be the new CEO of Twitter.

Ella Irwin likely to be the new CEO of Twitter

After Elon Musk made the announcement about his stepping down as the CEO of Twitter and a new female CEO to join in weeks. We have already been having buzz about who could be the new CEO. As it could be Ella Irwin.

Ella Irwin has been working with Twitter since June 2022. She had even replaced Yoel Roth. Irwin is believed to be having good relations with Elon Musk and survived Twitter’s drastic changes after Musk took over Twitter too. Although, we have no official confirmation on Irwin taking the role of CEO so far.

Some rumors say that Ella Irwin is the next Twitter CEO.
