Elon Musk denies sexually assaulting a flight attendant after reports accuse him of exposing himself
3 min readBillionaire Elon Musk took to Twitter to address the claims against him calling them ‘utterly untrue’.
The SpaceX owner recently made the news when an outlet reported that Musk sexually harassed a flight attendant on a private jet back in 2016.
Here is everything you need to know.
Elon Musk accused of sexual misconduct in 2016
According to a report by Insider, Elon Musk supposedly paid $250,000 (£200,000) in 2018 to settle the sexual misconduct claims against him from an unnamed private jet flight attendant.
It was reported that Mr. Musk exposed himself to the flight attendant and rubbed her thigh sans her permission. The article mentioned that the billionaire offered to buy her a horse if she would ‘do more’ during an in-flight massage.
It further stated that the attendant believed that her refusal to accept Musk’s offer might affect her career opportunities at SpaceX which led her to hire an attorney in 2018.
The attacks against me should be viewed through a political lens – this is their standard (despicable) playbook – but nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech

Reportedly, the severance settlement was done out of court. It included a nondisclosure agreement that ceased the attendant from ever speaking about the incident.
The post further quoted an anonymous person who claims to be a friend of the flight attendant. As per the article, the friend has offered a declaration as a part of the private settlement process.
The friend added that the attendant confined her following the alleged incident in 2016.
But I have a challenge to this liar who claims their friend saw me “exposed” – describe just one thing, anything at all (scars, tattoos, …) that isn’t known by the public. She won’t be able to do so, because it never happened.
