At the time of his death, XXXTentacion was booked under various legal counts. It included false imprisonment, witness tampering, domestic violence by strangulation, as well as an exacerbated battery of a pregnant woman.

XXX’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, however, addresses the incident in the trailer. She is heard saying, ‘Jahseh was like, “No, mom. It’s not true.” And a part of me took that and ran with it.’

Cleo further mentioned that the documentary should have included that Geneva was not pregnant at the time he was charged for the assault.
