The popular YouTube and streamer group AMP (Any Means Possible) is currently facing significant drama at their latest residence in New York. Originally based in Atlanta, the group decided to relocate to New York, moving into a ‘trap house’ to accommodate members hailing from the city. However, their New York stay has been anything but smooth.

The situation came to a head during a livestream on July 19, when the house lost WiFi connectivity, and the owner of the mansion requested the group to vacate the premises. This incident was broadcast live on Chris “Chrisnxtdoor’s” Twitch stream. During the stream, Chrisnxtdoor showed his phone to viewers and revealed the bad news: “We’re getting kicked out. Damn bro, can you tell Druski not to pull up. Bro, in eight minutes, we getting kicked out.” Another person off-camera added, “We already paid for his (Druski) Uber bro. Oh my god, bro!”

This wasn’t the only issue the members faced during their stay. The owner of the house allegedly cut off the WiFi connection, and there were reports of the electricity being turned off. Additionally, there were claims that the members were temporarily not allowed to leave the house, as evidenced by a circulating clip.

The reason behind these drastic actions by the homeowner remains unconfirmed. However, verified fan pages on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) speculate that the loud and chaotic nature of some streams hosted by Kai Cenat and others might be to blame. A clip has surfaced showing members breaking furniture, which could have contributed to the homeowner’s decision to cut off power and WiFi.

Some members have already started to leave the troubled house. Twitch streamers Roberto “Fanum” and Ray “Rayasianboy,” who is not an AMP member, appear to have moved into a penthouse in New York, as revealed through Fanum’s Snapchat stories. It remains unclear if other members will follow suit.

At the time of writing, there has been no official confirmation on whether all AMP members and their associates have left the house. The disruption caused by the WiFi being cut off forced members like Fanum, Kai Cenat, and Chrisnxtdoor to end their streams prematurely.

AMP’s move to New York was intended to be a temporary stint, with the group expected to return to Atlanta eventually. Despite the current turmoil, it is likely that they will continue to host other guests and pursue new ventures in their latest setup.

The situation at the AMP house in New York highlights the challenges and unpredictability that can come with streaming and living in rented properties, especially when the activities of the occupants clash with the expectations of the property owners. As the story develops, fans of AMP will be keenly watching to see how the group navigates this turbulent period and what their next steps will be.
