Drake’s followers are assuming that the first single of For All The Dogs is restarting his battle with Pusha T. The album has been delayed multiple times, with Drake saying that he could finish the tour or the album but not both. One would have to be rescheduled, and he didn’t want to let ticket holders down. Drizzy claimed earlier this week, during an unannounced visit at Lil Yachty’s Toronto gig, that he had just finished the album. The album was supposed to be released at midnight on Friday (October 6), but Drake needed a few extra hours. Nonetheless, he offered fans something to think about while they waited for the album, providing the surprise release “8 AM In Charlotte” in the early hours of Thursday morning (October 4).

Then, on Thursday evening, the “Rich Flex” singer shared the For All The Dogs tracklist on social media. He also stated that the CD would be available at 6 a.m. EST. The tracklist, which includes artwork by the rapper’s five-year-old son Adonis, exposes a whopping 23 songs. Any guest appearances have been kept under wraps, but Drake has revealed Nicki Minaj, Bad Bunny, and Lil Yachty will all appear on the album. The tracklist contains lead singles “Slime You Out” with SZA and “8 AM In Charlotte,” but it was the opening track that sparked the most buzz. For All The Dogs opens with the song “Virginia Beach,” which is also the hometown of Drake’s rival Pusha T.
