DDG, the popular rapper, has accused a nail salon of racism. He posted on social media, writing, “This place is racist towards black people.” He accused the salon saying “They kicked my girlfriend out while doing her nails”.

Not to forget, rapper DDG is actually dating Halle Bailey. It seems like the rapper was upset with the behavior of a Los Angeles nail salon. Following this, he shared about the same on social media regarding the mistreatment his girlfriend had to face.

In his social media post about the Los Angeles nail salon, DDG wrote, “Please give them a 1-star rating.” He added, sharing the link to the Yelp page of the salon, “They don’t deserve business.” The result of his request was even seen in the ratings of the salon eventually.

While previously, with 49 reviews, the salon showed a 4.4-star rating. It gradually dropped down to 2.5 with 115 reviews. Some others also accused the salon of racism. This prompted the salon to respond to the accusations made by rapper DDG about throwing his girlfriend out in the middle of her manicure.

Los Angeles nail salon reacts to accusations of rapper DDG

The Instagram page of the Los Angeles nail salon accused by rapper DDG had its bio on Instagram as “NO POLITICS! NO SKIN COLOR! NO NATIONALITY! ONLY NAILS”. This also attracted negative comments after DDG’s post.

Meanwhile, this prompted the salon to respond to the accusations, stating that it isn’t true that the staff of the nail salon had kicked out Halle Bailey. Instead, they said that DDG’s girlfriend was actually 35 minutes late, which is why they didn’t take her. Not to forget, DDG later deleted his post and thanked his fans for doing what he asked for.
