If you didn’t know, Kardashian recently visited the Pelican Bay State prison in California to meet the inmates in solitary confinement. However, her visit has left social media divided.
Meanwhile, Polanco said that she supports the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum making these kinds of visits.
In addition, the Orange Is the New Black star shared that she frequently felt intimidated when she used to work with inmates.
However, she is willing to be on anyone’s side if they want to go above and beyond to make a difference.

Kim Kardashian meets inmates who are locked in solitary confinement
Kim Kardashian recently spent a day at Pelican Bay State Prison, located in Crescent, CA.
In addition, the American socialite spoke to inmates in solitary confinement. She did it to know the toll solitary confinement can have on the well-being of a person’s mental health.
Kardashian was accompanied by actor Tobey Maguire and Scott Budnick. The trio also has a camera crew following them.
Budnick previously released a documentary about teenagers in the prison system in 2016. For the unversed, he served as the executive producer of The Hangover movie franchise
Meanwhile, Kardashian has reportedly dedicated quite a lot of time to prison reform over the years.
Back in 2018, she met with former President Donald Trump at the White House. Kardashian wanted to help Alice Marie Johnson obtain a pardon.
Additionally, she played a significant role in freeing multiple inmates such as Matthew Charles and Jeffrey Stringer.
The influencer had also provided help to Tennessee inmate Cyntoia Brown in order to secure clemency.
Besides that, Kardashian and her legal team have in fact helped to release 17 prisoners over the duration of three months.
