DaBaby has been facing quite a troubled time recently. He was accused of felony battery for beating a senior citizen while shooting for a music video last year. The singer however is fighting the alleged charges.
The North Carolina rapper took to Twitter to share shocking footage on Saturday. The clip showed the alleged assault victim repeatedly dropping the N-word while he was in a confrontation with DaBaby and the crew.

DaBaby posted a video of the alleged assault victim using a racial slur
Over the weekend, DaBaby posted a video clip showing Gary Pagar, the man he and his team allegedly beatdown, using a racial slur in a rage during the confrontation.
The video clip was reportedly shot at Pagar’s mansion where the alleged beatdown took place last year in December 2020.
In the clip, Pagar can be seen pacing back and forth as he shouts slurs such as f**** and n*****. He can also be seen screaming various other obscenities.
DB called out those who are ‘helping Pagar in assassinating his character’. In the caption, he accused Pagar of being a ‘proud white supremacist’.
The rapper continued by adding that Pagar lied to both the media as well as the cops. He further mentioned that Pagar was unaware of the camera filming him.
TMZ reported that the timeline of the clip remains unclear. They shared that it is still uncertain to determine whether the clip was shot before or after the assault occurred on Pagar’s residence.
DaBaby was charged with felony battery for a music video shoot
DaBaby received a felony charge of assault last week. According to it, DaBaby rented a Los Angeles mansion for a week in 2020. The property was managed by Pagar.
The property manager has stated that he already warned DB to not invite more than 12 guests. He however spotted the artist with 40 guests at the mansion.
Pagar claims that he tried to talk to DB about violating the rental agreement. He further says that when he tried to shut the whole thing down DaBaby and his team attacked him. He also mentioned that DB punched him in the mouth and knocked out his tooth.
A man named Thankgod Awute who was present at the incident was charged with felony robbery. He had supposedly stolen Pagar’s phone to prevent him from calling the police during the incident.
