The Tinder Swindler resurfaced on Instagram this week, and a high-powered businesswoman feared he was targeting her. Simon Leviev allegedly approached Clare Harris on Tuesday.
However, the British director recognized Shimon Hayut, the real name of the convicted fraudster. He claimed that his accusers were “paid actresses” when 33-year-old Clare confronted him about his past.
In addition, she said that when she asked him about his crimes, he went insane. “It didn’t wash with me.” He immediately deleted all the messages. However, she claimed to have already saved them. “I have no doubt he was trying to come on to me and get me to meet.”
Leviev is accused of conning £7.4 million worldwide from women he met on Tinder. He is currently dating Israeli model Kate Konlin, 24.

Who is Tinder Swindler guy, Simon Leviev?
Shinon Hayut, better known as ‘The Tinder Swindler,’ scammed his victims out of more than $10 million. In 2017, Leviev was released from a Finnish prison after serving two years for fraud.
Following his arrest in Israel in 2019, he was sentenced to 15 months in jail for forgery, theft, and fraud.
His claim is that he is pursuing a Hollywood career from Israel.
The dating app has since banned him; however, his alias is still Leviev on Instagram.
Last month, more than 50 million people watched a documentary about the Tinder scam called The Tinder Swindler.
Leviev charmed women online in order to persuade them to lend him money by posing as the heir to a diamond billionaire, Netflix reported.
A 32-year-old woman from Derby, believed to be one of Leviev’s first conquests from an online dating site, mocked him last week.
In three videos in which he sends Clare three videos in which he shows piles of printed documents that highlight what he considers to be factual errors in the show, including credit card statements and images of Leviev kissing the unnamed blonde.
