Chris Noth took the stage while performing a one-night reading of Eugene Ionesco’s Rhinoceros at Saint James Place located in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
According to reports, he produced, directed as well as starred in the reading. Also as per the audience, Noth was a ‘consummate stage actor.’

During the interview, Noth mentions, ‘I have been wanting to do this for years, and I was getting close to producing it at the Chichester Festival Theatre in England. Then COVID hit and people didn’t really want to see [avant-garde playwright] Ionesco.’

A woman, who went by the alias Zoe, claimed that Noth ‘ raped her from behind’ in 2004, according to an article by The Hollywood Reporter.
Furthermore, another female, who used the name Lily, mentioned that Noth assaulted her in his New York City apartment in 2015.
Subsequently, as more women came forward to accuse the star, Noth was fired from CBS’ The Equalizer.
Moreover, Noth’s scenes in the finale episode of the first season of Sex and the City reboot, And Just Like That were edited. Hence his character, Mr. Big was killed in the first episode itself.
Meanwhile, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis shared a joint statement to address the matter.
They wrote, ‘We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth.’
