Cardi B promotes McDonald’s merchandise with raunchy photos of herself

Cardi B is coming on strong for her controversial partnership with McDonald’s. In addition, she uploaded pictures of herself wearing the merchandise inspired by her and her husband Offset’s custom ‘meal.’

Cardi B shares racy pictures in McDonald’s merchandise

Cardi B took to Instagram earlier this week to share a series of ultra-racy photos. Moreover, she modeled the torn-up versions of McDonald’s limited edition t-shirts.

Additionally, in one picture the 30-year-old Grammy Award-winner put her cleavage on display while only wearing a fuzzy cardigan. She matched the top with a pair of tiny pink shorts which included the emblem of ‘Cardi B and Offset meal.’

In a follow-up picture, the WAP hitmaker exposed her chiseled abs when she donned a black ‘Nice Buns’ hoodie for a sexy picture.

Subsequently, in another photo, Cardi B wore a tee featuring her and Offset’s faces with a pair of baggy denim pants 

Furthermore, the Bodak Yellow singer outlined the post with a caption that read, ‘New merch… link in bio.’

Besides that, the merchandise includes a variety of clothes such as T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants among other. 

McDonald’s defends their partnership with Cardi B and Offset amid backlash from franchisees

McDonald’s is making headlines for featuring power Cardi B and Offset in their recent celebrity meal collaboration. However, not everyone is impressed with it.

Regardless, the brand issued a statement to address the criticism over the new meal. In addition, they are refusing to bend to the pressure and are backing its decision to collaborate with Cardi B and Offset.

Tariq Hassan, chief marketing and customer experience officer for McDonald’s USA, said, ‘Across our marketing, we’re focused on putting McDonald’s at the center of culture.’

He continued, ‘Artist collabs have helped reignite fans’ love for our food and fueled significant business momentum, both for the company and our restaurant owner/operators. And the reason they’ve been so successful is that our partners are real fans of the brand themselves – that authenticity is our secret sauce.’

Subsequently, he noted, ‘Cardi and Offset are an iconic couple who have their own date-night tradition at McDonald’s that goes back years.’

Hassan went on to point out, ‘We’re proud to share a little piece of that with customers across the U.S. with our latest campaign, which is about love and celebrating the special moments we all share over McDonald’s.’
