Cameron Diaz is thinking of retiring from Hollywood once again thanks to a meltdown by co-star Jamie Foxx.

Cameron Diaz may walk away from Hollywood again
According to recent news, Cameron Diaz is planning to leave Hollywood again while she is filming her first movie in nine years.
Moreover, a friend of Diaz said that the 50-year-old retired actress is struggling with the tiring work days that are separating her from her husband Benji Madden, and their three-year-old daughter, Raddix.
If you didn’t know, Diaz formally retired from Hollywood in 2018 but her close friend Jamie Foxx convinced her to star in an action comedy movie alongside him.
However, her comeback project was thrown into turmoil, when Foxx seemingly ‘had an absolute meltdown’ on the set of the movie.
In addition, a source reported, ‘These back-to-back 10-hour workdays have been a lot on her, and she hated being away from [her child] Raddix. Cameron loves being a mom more than anything in the world.’
They continued, ‘She hates drama and confrontation. This is why she retired from the business in the first place.’
Subsequently, they added, ‘She has already proven herself in the industry and has nothing left to prove to anyone.’
For the unversed, Diaz stepped away from Hollywood in 2018 in order to spend more time with her rocker husband.
The Knight and Day star went ahead to give birth to their daughter in December 2019. The couple has kept their private life under tight wrap since the birth of their daughter.
Jamie Foxx has allegedly fired staff in meltdown
Jamie Foxx reportedly threw a tantrum earlier this month on the UK set of his upcoming movie titled, Back In Action. Additionally, the film will also mark the first movie Cameron Diaz has starred in since Annie in 2014.
However, it appears like Diaz’s return is not going smoothly because of Foxx.
An insider revealed, ‘There have been some issues on set and Jamie has had a major meltdown over it all.’
They mentioned, ‘He demanded the problems be sorted immediately and sacked four of the production staff – as if that would magically improve the situation.’
Furthermore, Foxx ended up firing his driver, an executive producer, an assistant director as well as a unit director.
The insider stated, ‘Some people working on it are totally fed up with how this has played out and Jamie has become pretty unpopular.’
