Britney Spears won’t put up with body shaming. Despite contemplating hiring a personal trainer, she changed her mind when the fitness professional told her that she needed to get back into her “younger body.” “I hired a trainer 2 months ago,” she wrote on Instagram. “ Her first move was to literally pinch my stomach and legs and tell me that I needed to regain my youth. Before revealing that she cried during the interaction, the “Circus” singer, 41, questioned, “why the hell she did that”.

Britney Spears isn’t here for toxic body shaming. The “Lucky” singer called out a personal trainer on Instagram for criticizing her body. In part accompanying a video of Britney dancing on Instagram on April 10, Britney Spears wrote, “I took the time two months ago to find a trainer, and the first thing she did to me was literally pinch my stomach and legs and tell me I had to regain my youthful body.” According to Britney, the encounter with the coach left her feeling emotional.
