On 20th September, many fans noticed that Jennie from BLACKPINK have unfollowed many users on her ‘private’ Instagram account.
The 26-year-old singer’s surprising moves come after photos of her in a bathtub were leaked on social media. It is suspected that a notorious hacker who identifies himself as gurumiharibo was behind the leak.
The owner of the Twitter account has received tons of backlash and hate for revealing the image to the public eye.

However, in August it was believed that the name of the hacker is Lee Joo-Hyung. He is supposedly a mutual friend of V and Jennie. Moreover, he allegedly leaked the images in exchange for money.
Furthermore, it is reported that Lee Joo-Hyung also leaked intimate pictures of Jennie with BTS member V.
If you didn’t know, dating rumors of Jennie and V have been making rounds on social media ever since a picture of the two vacationing on Jeju Island surfaced online in May 2022.
Subsequently, more photos of the alleged couple have been leaked online until August. One of the pictures shows them hanging out in Los Angeles while another appears to be clicked inside V’s home.
Fans seem to have a mixed opinion over the leaked images as some of them claimed that they are heavily edited while some argued they are authentic.
However, few fans asked the people to stop discussing it altogether stating that it is the artist’s personal life.

Fans were outraged over the leak of Jennie’s intimate pictures. They took to social media to share their distraught reaction while Protect BLACKPINK Jennie trends on social media.
One user wrote, ‘Well not really. You can investigate something & also threaten legal action against those who share private pics. YG is just being useless as per usual. It’s gotten to the point that supposed bathtub pics are being shared of Jennie. Legit every company would have done something by now.’
