Pokemon Go Community Day 2022: Dates, Free Pokemon, Candy, Bonuses, and more

Niantic recently announced that the theme for this year’s Pokemon Go Community Day is Halloween.
Here is everything you need to know.
When will Pokemon Go Community Day 2022 begin?
Pokemon Go Community Day of 2022 is expected to start on 15th October at 2 pm local time. The occasion will last till 5 pm in the evening of the same day. Hence, you will have a couple of hours to join the event once it kicks off.
What bonuses will be included in Pokemon Go Community Day 2022?
This year’s Pokemon Go Community Day will feature Litwick who is a fire/ghost type Pokemon.
Furthermore, if you become successful in capturing Litwick or evolving it into Lampent during the event or five hours after it ends then the players will earn a special Pokemon reward: Chandelure.
It is a special move that is also known as the Charged Attack Poltergeist. Additionally, it will only be available with Chandelure given out during the event.
Moreover, you can gain access to the specific Litwick Community Day if you pay $1. It is an exclusive special research mission.
It will help you to obtain the featured Pokemon during Community Day. In addition, you will also get three-hour incense, lure modules, and other goodies to aid you in your conquest.
Subsequently, the trades will cost 50 percent less stardust for the players during this event. They will also get the opportunity to make two special trades for the day.
Additionally, the players will get the following goodies if they decide to participate in the event. They include:
- Catch XP (x3)
- Catch Candy (x3)
- Chance to Get XL Candy (x2) – Must capture Pokemon Level 31 and over
When will Pokemon Go Fashion week take place?
Niantic has also announced that the Pokemon Go Fashion week is slated to happen on 27th September at 10 am local time. It will be held for a couple of more days before it concludes on 3rd October at 8 pm local time.
If you didn’t know, the fashion week will allow the new pokemon to the game, clothes, raids, and much more.
Furthermore, pokemon like Mareanie and Toxapex are set to make their debut during the fashion week. Simultaneously, other pokemon like Diglett, Dugtrio, Absol, and Toxicroak will wear special outfits.
You will also get timed research to catch Digletts, Absols, and Croagunks.
