2 min readModal Blac Chyna is under criminal investigation over battery charges over a claim of assaulting a woman. Her investigation comes just days after she lost a massive $108million defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that on 6th May a complaint was filed against Chyna. She is being investigated as a suspect in a ‘battery report’.
TMZ reported that the alleged female victim, Sequoya King got into a verbal confrontation which soon turned into a physical dispute. King claims that the 33-year-old model ‘damaged her phone and kicked her in the stomach’.

The confrontation between Blac Chyna and Sequoya King reportedly took place early hours of Friday morning at a bar in Los Angeles.
According to King, the incident started when Chyna was convinced that she was being recorded by fellow bar patrons without her authorization.
King further said that the reality star soon turned to her and directly started throwing accusations. She added that the rapper ‘accused her of using the phone to record footage’ even though she denied it several times during the incident.
King spoke further on what happened, saying that their verbal back-and-forth eventually escalated to a physical level. She adds that it happened when Chyna snatched her mobile phone out of her hand and threw it to the ground. The device ended up being damaged.
She claimed that Chyna ‘kicked her in the stomach, causing her to fall down.’
King alleges that the dispute dissipated when Chyna’s posse dragged her away from King and into a vehicle.

Blac Chyna’s new legal woes showed up days after she lost her $108 million lawsuit against the Kardashians. Regardless, the star has promised to appeal.
She filed a case accusing the members of the Kardashian family of ruining her reputation. She also alleged that they used their connections to cancel her E! network reality show Rob & Chyna.
She particularly accused Kim Kardashian, her sisters Khloe and Kylie Jenner, and their mother, Kris Jenner.
The case went on for a nine-day trial in which all the four Kardashian women testified.
On Monday, the jury ruled a verdict in favor of the Kardashians and dismissed Chyna’s claims.
The jury had further ruled that Chyna would be awarded no damages at all.
