Meanwhile, Roe vs Wade was a landmark issue. The Supreme Court recognized that the US constitutional right to abortion could be overruled within the next two months.
The artist referred to the lack of attention the Roe vs Wade case received because people were more involved in the Depp vs Heard trial.
Eilish mentioning the Roe vs Wade case did not come as a surprise. The musician has been vocal about her stance on abortion when she spoke about it at her concert in Texas last year.
She also admitted that she considered canceling her shows in Texas due to the state ban on abortions. But she realized she could not punish her fans that are already victims.

One user said, ‘Roe vs Wade = Women’s right to choose what happens to her body. Great! Depp vs Heard = Men’s right to get justice after being falsely accused of domestic violence. Great! BOTH are important for equality. Both should not be dismissed or diminished.’
