Bringing the spark back! After briefly breaking up late last year, Bill Hader and Ali Wong are back together. A rep for the Barry star, 44, told Us Weekly on Monday, April 17, that the comedians have rekindled their romance after dating for a few months in late 2022. In a statement earlier this week, the Saturday Night Live alum confirmed he had a new woman in his life, but did not mention Wong’s name. It just occurred to me that I haven’t taken a vacation in 10 years. Collider published an interview with Bill Hader on Sunday, April 16. Despite going to San Francisco with her, he said, it doesn’t really count.

A rep for the “Barry” star confirms to Page Six exclusively that Bill Hader and Ali Wong are dating again. The two had a brief romance last year, as PageSix reported in December. During a recent interview with Collider, Bill Hader mentioned his “girlfriend,” and although he didn’t mention Wong by name, his rep confirmed it was Wong. My girlfriend and I just realized that I haven’t taken a vacation in ten years. We went to San Francisco together, but that doesn’t count. So, I’m taking a vacation, he said. According to reports, they dated last fall, but this was a rebound relationship in the wake of his split from Anna Kendrick and her divorce from Justin Hakuta. Having been married for eight years, Ali Wong divorced her husband Justin Hakuta in April 2022. Two of her daughters are Mari, 7 years old, and Nikki, 5 years old.
As the actress noted in March 2023, Hakuta, 40, was gearing up to be her tour manager during her next batch of live shows, but the two are still really close. During their two-month relationship, Bill Hader and Ali Wong split due to their busy schedules, according to an insider at the time. It’s just that they’re super busy, but [the split] was certainly amicable. According to them, they are definitely friends. According to another source, they were careful not to reveal the romance to the public. There is only a small circle of A-list comedians who know about it, and everyone was thrilled. According to PageSix, their friends helped them protect their relationship after Ali’s divorce.
