Amber Heard mentions the rumors of Johnny Depp pushing Kate Moss down the stairs

Amber Heard talked about Johnny Depp’s past relationship with model Kate Moss while testifying during their ongoing defamation trial.
The actress took a stand again on Thursday and walked through one of her fights with Deep that took place in March 2015.
Moreover, during the altercation with Depp she ‘instantly’ recalled ‘Kate Moss and stairs’

Amber Heard mentions Johnny Depp’s relationship with Kate Moss
Amber Heard said that she struck her former husband Johnny Depp with a Red Bull can and yelled at him. This further enraged Depp and he tried to follow her up a staircase.
Heard claims that when Depp went to grab her, Whitney (Heard’s sister) intervened in the altercation.
The Aquaman star also mentions that Depp allegedly swung at Whitney which made her think about the Kate Moss stairs incident.

During the trial Heard says, ‘She threw herself in the line of fire. She was trying to get Johnny to stop. Her back was to the staircase, and Johnny swung at her… I don’t hesitate and wait; I instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.’
She further states that due to the whole situation she hit Depp for the first time during their relationship.
Heard revealed, ‘I, for the first time, hit him, square in the face. And he didn’t push my sister down the stairs. Up to that point in our relationship. I hadn’t even landed one on Johnny.’
She continued by adding that Depp was left stunned and tried to lunge toward her once again but this time was stopped by security.
Johnny Depp and Kate Moss’ staircase incident
Back in 2020, during the UK libel lawsuit between Johnny Depp and The Sun, Amber Heard mentioned that she heard rumors about Depp pushing Kate Moss down the stairs. The incident allegedly happened in the 1990s when Depp and Moss were dating.
Heard says, ‘He pushed Kate down the stairs, I heard this from two people, and this was fresh in my mind.’
Depp’s attorney Eleanor Laws on the other hand called out Heard’s statement saying that the star never mentioned anything about Kate Moss before.

Kate Moss has never addressed the speculation and maintains her silence about Depp’s behavior during their relationship.
Depp and Moss first met each other at an event in 1994. Moss revealed that they had a spark when they first met. Regardless, the couple officially called it quits in 1998 when the model mentioned that their relationship lost its charm.
Pirates of the Caribbean star’s ex-partner Vanessa Paradis denied the claims of Depp being abusive.
