One of the concerts was in fact supposed to take place on 18th July this year at Avondale Brewery, Alabama. But it seems like the concert at the Alabama venue is in trouble because of Ted Nugent and fans won’t have it happen now.

As the announcement about the same was made stating “We have heard the concerns of Avondale community, which is so important to us, and in conjunction with our partners, have taken the necessary steps to cancel the Ted Nugent concert for 18th July”.

Ever since then, everyone has been thinking about what made the concert get cancelled. Not to miss, Ted Nugent still shows in his Adios Mofos tour that his fans can enjoy. Moreover, it was all because of the backlash on one of the comments Ted Nugent that his Alabama concert got cancelled.

Well, Ted Nugent’s Alabama concert on 18th July got cancelled after Ted faced backlash on social media for his transphobic comments. In a tweet made on 18th April 2023, Ted wrote “There’s no such thing as transgender. You cannot change your gender. Comfortably numb is actually uncomfortably dumb”.
The tweet of him faced massive backlash on the internet for the transphobic comments of Nugent. Post which the Alabama concert of Ted was cancelled. In fact, as per NME, Ted Nugent is also known to be a supporter of Donald Trump.
