Alabama Barker responded on TikTok to body shamers when paparazzi images of her father, Travis Barker, and stepmother, Kourtney Kardashian, went viral. Kourtney, 44, dressed all black to show off her baby bulge, while Alabama wore black sweatpants, a zip-up sweater, and slides for the matcha run. On TikTok, haters were eager to make remarks on the 17-year-old’s weight. “That’s my face when I see all the fake pages remarking on my weight in paparazzi photos and saying I’m a catfish or saying I’m fat,” Barker added, scowling at the camera. “First and foremost, let me eat you because I’m so fat,” Barker explained, adding that photographers “purposefully take photographs of you with your mouth open, in the middle of a sentence, or any ugly photo they can get of you just for views.”

This isn’t the first time that Alabama has had to deal with trolls on social media. Barker reacted to critics who chastised her for wearing heavy makeup in May, and the influencer was ridiculed in June for wearing a Jamaican flag-coloured attire. She just informed her detractors at the time that she was “doing great.” Alabama launched a new cross-finger tattoo earlier this month. This is in memory of her maternal grandparents, who died just months apart. Alabama has already used TikTok for defending herself, most recently when she was chastised for a rap song she released in May. She added in a since-deleted video that she was “tired” of critics saying she didn’t know anything about the genre and reminded fans that she was on the road with Barker, 47 when he played with Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross in 2011.

Following The Viral Spread Of Paparazzi Photos Of Alabama Barker With Kourtney Kardashian, Barker Claps Back At Body Shamers

Alabama Barker is speaking out after receiving body-shaming comments in the aftermath of recent paparazzi images, particularly those that prompted detractors to label her a “catfish.” The youngest daughter of Travis Barker & Shanna Moakler revealed on TikTok on Sunday that she has an autoimmune disease & a thyroid problem, which has caused her to gain weight. Alabama said paparazzi deliberately photograph people in the middle of sentences, with their mouths open, and just about anything else they can find to get views. I’d love to see you guys taking random selfies as you leave the grocery store, smiling wide open, in the middle of a sentence… and let us see how lovely you are.” Alabama went on to say that she has “a thyroid problem & an autoimmune disease,” all of which contribute to her weight gain. Therefore, I would appreciate it very much if you kept your opinions to yourself,” she added. “It’ll get you a lot further in life.” Alabama explained that her weight “fluctuates,” and she hoped that any young girls seeing her video who are “gaining weight” do not “think there’s something wrong with it.”

Alabama explained that there comes a point when it’s time to change it if it’s affecting your health, but that’s not the case for me, and I’d appreciate it if you could put yourself in my place. Alabama has already used TikTok to defend herself, lately when she was chastised for a rap song she released in May. In a since-deleted video, she said she was “tired” of critics thinking she didn’t know anything regarding the genre and reminded fans that she was on the road with Barker, 47, in 2011 when he played alongside Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross. “I’ve been in the music industry since I could walk.” “I was watching my dad perform in punk bands, rock bands, rap concerts, everything,” Alabama said in the video, which PEOPLE saw before it seemed to be deleted. Those of you who think she doesn’t know anything about rap music, think again. She didn’t grow up listening to rap music. Why is she acting this way? What is she thinking?’My entire background has been affected by rap and punk rock.” Alabama introduced a new cross-finger tattoo earlier this month. This is in memory of her maternal grandparents, who died just months apart.
