Adam Levine sues classic car dealer for allegedly selling him a fake car

Adam Levine is suing a California-based car dealer who he believes sold him a fake vintage 1971 Maserati.

Adam Levine files a lawsuit against a car dealer alleging that the vintage vehicle he bought is not the real deal
Adam Levine filed a lawsuit on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California over the $950,000 car deal.
Moreover, Levine reportedly traded two of his classic Ferraris for the 1971 Maserati back in 2020.
The lawsuit claims that the car dealer Rick Cole or his agents faked documents relating to the vintage automobile. In addition, the Payphone singer mentioned that the engine authentication marks were also not real.
Besides that, Levine thinks the 1971 Maserati Ghibli 4.9 Liter Spyders be one of only 25 such cars ever produced.
The Animals singer has filed a suit to either undo the deal with Cole or receive compensation.
Meanwhile, Cole is accused of multiple charges including negligent misrepresentation and fraudulent concealment.
Additionally, the suit read, ‘The identity of the Vehicle is, at the very least, in serious doubt.’
Levine’s lawyers on the other hand revealed that the Maroon 5’s frontman is ‘not in the classic car business at all.’
Hence, Levine believed Cole when he said the car was authentic.
The suit explains, ‘Cole purported to have found an authentic Maserati Ghibli 4.9 Liter Spyder that he described as being “as good” as an authentic Maserati Ghibli 4.9 Liter Spyder with a clear and indisputable identity.’
The bio of Cole on his website claims that he is an ‘internationally recognized sales agent, auctioneer, and appraiser of investment-grade automobiles.’

Adam Levine welcomes his third child with Behati Prinsloo
Behati Prinsloo took to her Instagram handle on 17th February to post a photo of herself with her husband Adam Levine.
In addition, the picture comes nearly two weeks after the couple welcomed their third child together. The name as well as the gender of the baby are not revealed as of yet.
Furthermore, the picture is also marked as the first picture Prinsloo has shared of Levine in five months.
For the unversed, Sumner Stroh alleged on TikTok that Levine had a year-long affair with her. It came four days after the former Victoria’s Secret model announced her pregnancy for the third time.
