On 5th September, a short clip surfaced on social media that shows Tekashi 6ix9ine talking with two police officers. The video was first shared on TikTok.
Regardless, it seems like a passerby filmed the clip in what appears to be a parking lot.
However, as per the clip, it does not looks like the law officials are detaining the 26-year-old rapper.
Furthermore, 6ix9ine whose real name is Daniel Hernandez appears to be casually conversing with the cops in the video. He further stops a few times to point in several directions.
Although the video is captioned, ‘6ix9ine caught by the cops,’ there is no concrete proof to imply that the Brooklyn rapper was being detained or arrested.
Moreover, 6ix9ine is currently lying low. He was captured in a South Florida gas station sans his security guards back in June. When the store employees asked who he was, the TattleTales rapper responded by saying, ‘Lil Pump.’
As for his music, the Gummo has been quiet for quite a while. He most recently released his single in April which was titled, ‘Gine.’ It was his first single since 2020.

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s girlfriend was arrested for punching him
Tekashi 6ix9ine made headlines last month when it was reported that his girlfriend, Rachel Wattley hit him during an argument at a Miami restaurant.
Regardless, Wattley was booked under misdemeanor battery charges early Monday.
However, most recently it was reported that an extensive restraining order has been issued against Wattley to keep no contact with 6ix9ine.
According to reports, it includes all sorts of remote contact like phone calls, texts, letters, and social media. It further added that Wattley must remain 500 feet away from the Brooklyn rapper.
