A video of Amber Heard exiting the court, after she was questioned by Camille Vasquez, went viral online
3 min readThe brutal libel suit between former spouses Johnny Depp and Amber Heard resumed this week. Heard took the stand to continue her testimony.
Regardless, a clip showcasing the actress stepping down from the stand and leaving the courtroom has gone viral on the internet.
Heard reportedly left the court after she was cross-examined by Johnny Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez.
When the jurors asked Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft to further question the actress, she said she had nothing to ask.
The judge then told Heard to leave the witness stand and to sit beside her lawyer. Instead, Heard walked out of the courtroom after getting off the stand.
Internet users claimed the episode to be a hard-hitting attack on the judge.
Here is everything you need to know.
Camille Vasquez grills Amber Heard in court
Camille Vasquez questioned Amber Heard about the op-ed piece she wrote back in 2018.
She asked the actress to confirm the year Johnny Depp filed a defamation lawsuit. Heard responded by saying, ‘He sued me in 2019.’
Vasquez then discussed the timeline of the op-ed being released and the pair’s official divorce.
She questioned Heard about the amount she has received after the divorce settlement.
In an interview in 2018, Heard claimed that she would donate the entire seven million dollars that she would receive after her divorce, to a charity.
Vasquez grilled the actress and stated, ‘Sitting here today, Ms. Heard, you still have not donated a seven million dollars divorce settlement to charity.’
Depp’s lawyer further questioned the validity of the pictures Heard’s legal team had previously presented to the court. The photos were submitted as evidence of the alleged abuse Heard suffered at the hands of Depp.
Camille Vasquez continued to accuse Heard of deliberately increasing the saturation of pictures to make it look like her bruises are redder.
The attorney further summoned cops. They confirmed that they saw no marks on Heard during the night she was allegedly attacked by Depp.
Alejandro Romero, concierge at the Depp and Heard’s penthouse was also brought in to testify. He also confirmed that there were no bruises on Heard’s face.

Social media users flooded Johnny Depp with support after the trial that was held yesterday.
Amber Heard however was slammed by the internet and received tons of backlash for her appearance on the stand.
Many users continue to mock Heard’s attorneys as they believe they do not have an actual case against Depp to present in court.
Amber Heard WALKED OUT of the court room, after being told she could be seated. She left before the jury was dismissed. I just know she’s having a meltdown right now in her car or something.#DeppHeardTrial #AmberHeard #AmberHeardIsAPsycopath #justiceforJohnnyDepp #DeppVsHeard

In the end, Elaine Bredehoft is just gonna be another person who never wants to look at Amber ever again. That's her life. That's her legacy. How incredibly sad to see someone be the harbinger of their own destruction in this way.
