Twitch Streamer Alliestrasza Handcuffed After Swatting During A Live Broadcast

Twitter streamer Alliestrasza Macpherson started making headlines involving the cops and handcuffs. The police raided her house during a live broadcast on her channel.

Alexandra Alliestrasza Macpherson is a Twitter streamer and a card game YouTuber. For her first stream in almost a week, she interacted with her viewers after returning from a trip on February 9. However, she was shocked when her stream was interrupted by the police walking into her apartment. She was interrupted just an hour into her broadcast when armed SWAT members responded to a distress call and knocked on the door.

The police had received a false report. The report was serious enough to generate a warrant against the streamer in specific. As soon as she heard the commontion, Alliestrasza stepped out of her room to check. She did not come back for a long time though.

After some time she returned to her room, only to let her viewers know that she was being swatted. Following this, three police officers loaded with guns walked into her room. They began searching and clearing the room used for streaming and broadcasting purposes.

25 minutes later, Alliestrasza Macpherson returned to her viewers. She informed them that she would turn off the stream. Moreover, she revealed that the officers were good. They were just going to take a crime report. However, she also revealed being in handcuffs. However, lastly, she said that everything was fine and she would get back to her viewers later.

Moreover, later she took to Twitter to inform her fans and followers that everything was fine. She did get a little shaken up with the incident. Moreover, she told her fans and followers about the entire incident.

The police had received a threat saying a woman had shot her husband and locked herself in the washroom. She threatened to shoot literally anyone who tried to barge in. The police held Alliestrasza Macpherson and her family in handcuffs while they were assessing the threat. The police released the streamer and the family after concluding their assessment.

Well I never thought I would get SWATTED… but alas, here we are.

Everything is okay, though. Just a little shaken up with nerves. The officers were great and handled everything very well.

They obviously had to take the threat seriously so our whole family was cuffed outside.

Alliestrasza even expressed her displeasure as to why people do this to streamers. Moreover, she revealed that the police used an insanely large amount of resources on this case. Also, the entire incident scared them and their neighbors as well. There is no information as to who initiated the threat.
