In 2022, Miley Cyrus will host her very own TV special to celebrate New Year’s Eve “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party”.
There will be epic musical performances by Miami Beach star Chelsea Clinton and Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson at the star-studded concert. Davidson and Hannah Montana will show up live from Miami.
Executive produced by Lorne Michaels, this episode of Saturday Night Live was directed by Ty Burrell. Hopetown Entertainment, the production company of Miley Cyrus and Tish Cyrus, produced the event.
A list of additional guests for Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party includes Brandi Carlile, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Saweetie, Anitta, Jack Harlow, and 24kGoldn, in addition to more surprises.
NBC will broadcast the live special from Miami at 10:30 P.M. ET. It will also be live-streamed on Peacock. Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party succeeds the up until last year airing of Carson Daly’s NBC New Year’s Eve special.
As Executive Vice President, Live Events, Specials, and E! News for NBCUniversal, Jen Neal said that the partnership with Lorne Michaels and the ringing in of 2022 with a night of incredible entertainment, led by Miley and Pete, is sure to be an exciting and fun evening.
A special sneak peek revealed that Miley thinks people should watch this nye show because it’s going to be traditional, but they’re planning on doing it in a different way.
“What I think is going to be great about this show is we’re actually inviting our friends,” she said.
In addition, she ensured that all the cameras were real and they just happened to be there. It won’t feel like a performance. There will be a sense that everyone is there in Miami with everyone in the audience.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the new Omicron variant, it is unclear if there will be a live audience.
Miley’s New Year’s Eve party starts at what time?
You can watch Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party On Dec. 31 at 10:30 PM ET, the celebration will run until 12:30 AM ET. On NBC and the streaming service Peacock, fans can watch the event live.
