Episode 3 of Rick and Morty season 5 was released on 4 July 2021 titled “A Rickconvenient Mort“.

Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 3 has made things a bit shaky and dramatic for the audience. Episode three revolved around Morty and his new crush, who is a superhero. Episode 3 starts with Ricky and Morty, who have made some vulgar shirts for them, have decided to go out. But as soon as they step out, they are caught up in the acid rain. The acid rain was done by the “Diesel Weasel” who is a cartoonish villain and has always been troubling both of them. 

Planetina Introduction :

Planetina who is a full parody of Captain Planet saves Ricky and Morty by defeating Diesel Weasel with the power of wind and fire. This makes Morty become her fan and then both of them go for a free doughnut treat. However, Ricky who is alone now gets sad because his partner left him. So he decides to go off with Summer to a party. Ricky even gives the shirt of Morty to Summer. 

On the other hand, Morty hasn’t called Planetina since their last date and therefore, Morty decides to follow some natural disasters so that he could meet Planetina there. He arrives at a wildfire and both of them meet there. Morty reveals his love for Planetina. She also accepts it but says that she has four kids and no one is more important to her than those kids. 

Meanwhile, all the kids arrive and it is shown that they all are grown up and Morty is shocked to see this. Between all this, Ricky and Summer are busy partying on a dying planet. Though they are tense about Morty, Morty is in love with Planetina. At the end of the day, Planetina and Morty slept together and Morty lost his virginity. 

Now the “Tina-Teers” arrive and they want to summon a deal. But seeing Morty and Planetina in an awkward position, they try to talk to them. Meanwhile, Rick and Summer move to another planet and Rick brings Daphne there. Summer and Daphne talk there and Daphne reveals that Rick has fallen for the elbow breasts. 

Ending of the episode :

Towards the end, Planetina and Morty decide to move to a new planet to start a new life. However, One of the Tina-Teers locks Morty in a closet. But Morty defeats them all and takes their Fire-Ring and burns them all. Beth, who is the son of Planetina, is also against this as the age difference between Morty and her mother is too much. It makes Planetina angry and she starts becoming aggressive. She burnt down politicians houses and killed a group of coal miners. 

Now, Summer is annoyed with Daphne and she destroys the meteor that was about to destroy the planet. Rick gets to know about it and is upset with Summer that she wanted to destroy her relationship. Meanwhile, Planetina and Morty have ended their relationship and Morty is crying in the arms of her mother. With this, the episode ends here.
