Chris Pratt Is The Voice Actor of Garfield in A New Movie From Alcon Entertainment

Now that Chris Pratt has voiced Mario in “Super Mario Bros” he is all set to voice the famous comic cat Garfield in a movie with the same name.
The movie will be produced by Sony Pictures, written by David Reynolds and directed by Mark Dindal.
Garfield is an overweight cat( although he once said that he is not overweight. He is just undertall!). He is arrogant and lazy but is also caring and funny. Earlier, the Lasagna loving and Monday hating cat was voiced by Bill Murray in Garfield (2004) and Garfield: A tail of two kitties (2006). There is news that Tom Holland will be approached to voice Odie, Garfield’s friend.
In September this year, it was announced that Pratt will be voic ing Mario and the movie is set to release in December 2022. Besides Pratt, the movie will also star Jack Black as Bowser, Charlie Day as Luigi and Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong.

Christopher Michael Pratt (42) is a famous American actor. He is known as Star-Lord, a character he played in Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”.
At the start of his career he acted in movies like Wanted (2008), Jennifer’s Body (2009), MoneyBall (2011), The Five Year Engagement (2012) and Her (2013).
He got his big break in 2015 after playing Andy Dwyer in Parks and Recreation (2009-2015). Even though he was meant to be a temporary character, he was liked so much that he became permanent.
