The sequel of the popular anime series Tokyo Revengers is all set for its much-awaited comeback. Moreover, the anime adaptation of the Ken Wakui manga was a massive hit when it made its debut in September 2021.

What is the release date of Tokyo Revengers Season 2?
The official PV for the second season of Tokyo Revengers was dropped this year in October on its official YouTube channel.
Besides that, several reports are suggesting that Tokyo Revengers Season 2 hit the screens in early 2023 i.e. January. However, it is important to note that no official confirmation has been announced as of yet.
What is the plot of Tokyo Revengers Season 2?

The trailer of the season hinted that the upcoming season will most likely document the Black Dragon Arc or the Christmas Showdown Arc.
Furthermore, Takemichi is expected to return to the past. Subsequently, he will then go against the Black Dragon, which Takemichi believes is one of the most dangerous gangs.
In addition, he will also have a face-off with the gang’s leading family, the Shiba clan.
Who are the cast members of Tokyo Revengers Season 2?
According to recent reports, two new members have been added to the cast of Tokyo Revengers.
Japanese voice actors, Tomokazu Sugita and Mikako Komatsu will supposedly voice Captain Taiju Shiba and Yuzuha Shiba, the sister of Taiju respectively.
Furthermore, Animegeek revealed that Haikyuu!! voice actor Masaya Fukunishi will replace Tatsuhisa Suzuki after he dropped out from the second season. Additionally, Fukunishi is roped in to voice Draken.
Besides that, he will also voice the character in the rebroadcast of the first season as well as the two-part Blu-Ray box set that will also release this year.

The official website of the anime series has announced that the long-awaited sequel of Tokyo Revengers will stream exclusively on Disney Plus and Disney Plus Hotstar.
The Japanese viewers on the other hand will be able to catch the series on local network channels such as AT-X, TV Tokyo, and MBS.
