Sword Art Online Progressive Sequel Confirmed By A-1 Pictures: Coming in 2022

Aria of a Starless Night, a sequel to A-1 Pictures’ Sword Art Online the Movie – Progressive, is set to visit theatres next year. Sword Art Online: Progressive – Aria of a Starless Night was released in Japan on October 30th. And a sequel has already been teased.
The announcement, made on Twitter. It indicates that the next film will be released in 2022 and discloses the title: Scherzo of a Dark Dusk. Fans of the Sword Art series have already expressed their enthusiasm for the sequel.
Sword Art Online Progressive
Reki Kawahara and abec’s Sword Art Online: Progressive Light novels are an enlarged retelling of Sword Art Online’s “Aincrad” plot. The first encounter between key characters Kirito and Asuna. As well as other events on Aincrad’s first floor, are adapted for the big screen in Aria of a Starless Night. It focuses on Asuna’s emotional and mental challenges in dealing with the realities of being stuck in a computer game where she can die.
The film was created by A-1 Pictures, the studio behind the first Sword Art film, Aria of a Starless Night, a sequel to A-1 Pictures’ Sword Art the Movie – Progressive, is set to visit theatres next year. Sword Art OnlineThe Movie: Ordinal Scale.
Ayako Kohno is in charge of the direction. The music was composed by Yuki Kajiura. And the sound was directed by Yoshikazu Iwanami. The characters were designed by Kento Toya, and the art was directed by Yusa Ito. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Haruka Tomatsu reprised their roles as Kirito and Asuna, respectively. They were from the original Sword Art anime series.
Mito, a new character voiced by veteran voice actor Inori Minase. Who also worked in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, is also introduced in Aria of a Starless Night.
Sword Art Online: Progressive – Aria of a Starless Night will be released on December 3 in the United States and Canada, and December 9 in Australia and New Zealand.
