Pokemon Journeys Episode 86: Recap
In Pokemon Journeys Episode 86, Goh realizes he already knew because Houou is a Famous Pokemon that can’t defeat easily. The master of that Pokemon inquires about it, then Goh and Ash realize their error and apologize. The youngster inquires about why they would assault a gentle Pokemon. Goh and Ash confess that they initially mistook Houou for someone else. When the elderly man comes, he addresses the young kid as Kiriyo. Kiriyo recognizes his grandpa and enters the Monster Ball with his Pokemon. He understands this will mend on the inside. But he understands it will take some time because Pikachu hit it along with 100000 volts.
The old man thinks if Kiriyo told the truth when he said he had seen Houou some other day. He goes on to say that Houou somehow doesn’t exist and also that the narrative is an old one. Kiriyo, Goh, and Ash believe it is a genuine legend. Rather than a work of fiction, and that they will show that Houhou is real. The old man is wondering if Goh and Ash were duped by Kiriyo. Ash realizes that he had seen Houou in the skies after he was defeated in combat. Ash decided to really be a Pokemon trainer that day.
