Pokemon Journeys Episode 82 Release Date, Time, and Recap

Pokemon Journeys Episode 82 – Pokemon is one of the popular anime shows of all time. Most of us grew up watching Pokemon on TV. Even now it entertains children and adults too. In Tokyo, the Pokemon franchise premiered the latest series called Pokemon Journeys, the 23rd Season of the Pokemon series on November 17th, 2019. Until now we have seen 81 episodes of this latest season and fans are very excited for the next one to come. But first, let’s start with the recap of Pokemon Journeys: The Series Episode 81, “Clash? Blue Pokémania”.
Pokemon Journeys Episode 81 – Recap
This episode is titled “Clash? Blue Pokémania” starts with Chloe and Eevee returning back to their home. Suddenly, they see Ash and Goh chasing a Shiny Voltorb behind her. They asked Chloe to grab it. Poor panicking Chloe, Voltorb tries to just jump over her at the same time Goh tries to catch it in the mid-jump. By the time, Ash explains these types of Shiny Pokémon are so rare.
Right after that, A man who introduces himself as Abel, rushes there and eagerly hugs The Voltorb but self-destructs him. This Abel is a Blue Poke Maniac, coming from Kalos. He invites Goh, Ash, and Chloe to take part in various activities regarding Blue Pokémon. Ash, Goh, Eevee are Arden to participate but not Chloe. Yet, she joins them.
The Blue Pokémon Activities:
First of all, as the group goes into Team Rocket without being noticed, hear Abel talking about Poke Maniacs. They start to scheme as they decide to make some money. Abel leading the group to a Museum that displaying Blue Pokémon’s photo. He brings attention to the picture Brionne and tells more about the expression given in the picture. He says, there is a quest to find out why the person in the picture dances, and revealing he has a fantasy to meet Brionne one day and to make a bond with it and so he also is a part of the dance.
After that, the team meets another Blue Poke Maniac, calling Brutus with his partner Meowstic comes there and saying Abel a fool and gullible person. Even though, the Brionne story is perhaps outdated made by brutish Pokémon; but he believes in his own fantasy and protests the people who tease him. Just after that, Team Rocket appears who is in disguise as a Blue Pokemon admirer, and presents Wobbuffet. Abel and Blutus are getting excited and Jessie asks to take a photo of them along with Wobbuffet. Suddenly, Patient Pokemon gets frightened by two Poke Maniacs and runs. Blutus notices the Goh’s Voltorb and hugs it, resulting in exploding again.
After that, Abel describes the hard feeling after seeing Blutus with two Blue Pokemon admirers. Yet, he pushes his feelings back and leading the three people a way to see some other place to continue their activities. Soon after, much to the trio’s surprise, Team Rocket catches the Poke ball.
Activities in Café:
The trio along with Abel is moving to their destination is none other than to a Café. This café gets a blue decoration with a blue surface and serving blue-colored food and drinks. When everyone received their own ordered dishes, The two Blue Poke Maniacs rush up to complete the dish whereas Goh, Chloe, Ash are looking clueless. Funnily, Abel admits he ate so fast now, he forgets the taste even.
Abel and Blutus confronting each other:
Abel seeing Blutus again and again throughout his activity journey… This made Goh think about why they meet frequently. Chloe says, as they are in Blue Poke Maniacs, so they have the same plans to execute, and it becomes true. Brilliant Chloe! The two Blue Poke Maniacs receive notifications for blue candy’s 5th anniversary. Soon after receiving it, they rush on to a local store to get the Plushie, but only one is available. They are in extreme anger now. Finally, they decide that the loser should go back to Kalos.
The two Maniacs furiously fighting each other by blindfolding themselves before sending the two Pokémon each. Goh thinks the battle is going to be raging. Instead, a Pokémon walks up to the Trainer and touches them. Goh recognizes it is the same as recognizing the food by eating without looking at it. That’s absolutely right! As Blutus identifies Abel’s Pokemon as Nidorina and Phanpy. And in Blutus guess, he identifies Seismitoad and Croagunk correctly. Both are right in their hue of Blue.
The arrival of Team Rocket, Again!
As they continue, Team Rocket suddenly captures Pikachu, Eevee, and Grookey in the net. Further, when James aims to shoot the Poke Maniac to a net, Dewott used the shells to cut off from the net where Pikachu, Eevee, Grookey is in. Finally, freeing them. In the meantime, Meowstic brings the Rocket trio’s Balloon to the ground. Now, dreadful feel the trio calls for Pellipper. Before the Rocket gets down, the Pellipper gets frightened by the Blue color and runs off. They are no arm now! But, Promptly, Ash thinks that they have Pikachu to make a drop-ship blast.
Finally, the episode ends when they fight off and at the end of the crisis, Abel and Blutus get notification about the new candy launch event in the next town over. So, they fly rush away hurry to attend the launch. Ash, Goh, and Chloe are wondering when they become friends again, just now they furiously fought each other. Regardless of what happened, these people laugh off the whole thing.

Pokemon 2019 or Pokemon Journeys: The Series Episode 82 is all set to release Friday, October 1, 2021, at 6:55 PM JST on TV TOKYO. The title of Pokemon Journeys: The Series Episode 82 will be “Mawhip’s Sweet Battle!?“. Episode 82 Title in Japanese: マホイップの甘～いバトル！？.
