As she posted a picture of herself, Navratilova and their dog on Instagram, she penned a sweet message for her followers thanking them for their well wishes. Larsa Pippen and Lisa Hochstein, Lemigova’s RHOM co-stars, commented on her post with hearts. A message of thanks was also posted on social media by Navratilova. Thank you all again for your support, she tweeted, adding, smiling, and I’m not done yet alongside her tweet.

Upon further testing, stage 1 breast cancer was discovered as well as stage 1 throat cancer. She underwent a lumpectomy in 2010 after being diagnosed with breast cancer. It was 13 years ago that the tennis legend was initially diagnosed with breast cancer – but in 2010, she was declared cancer-free. She told PEOPLE at the time of her initial diagnosis: It knocked me on the head. I feel so in charge of my life and my body, and then this happens, and I cannot control it. In a statement to the WTA, Navratilova said that she received a good prognosis this time around as well. However, she believes that she will no longer be able to work for Tennis Channel as originally planned during the 2023 Australian Open. Julia Lemigova and Martina Navratilova have been together since 2006. During the US Open in September 2014, they engaged, and in December 2014, they got married.
