YourFellowArab, the YouTuber and Twitch streamer, has released the first footage from his reported kidnapping ordeal in Haiti. In a three-minute trailer for an upcoming video, Addison Pierre Maalouf, known as YourFellowArab, revealed harrowing details of his 17-day captivity at the hands of Haiti’s 400 Mawozo gang.

The saga began in March 2024 when YourFellowArab, intending to interview one of Haiti’s notorious gang leaders, ventured into the country. However, he alleges that he was set up by border guards and UN employees, leading to his abduction by the 400 Mawozo gang, particularly its leader, Lanmò Sanjou.

In the newly released footage, YourFellowArab is seen confined to a concrete building surrounded by guard dogs in a remote compound called ‘Croix des Bouquets.’ He describes being led into the jungle under false pretenses and subsequently ambushed and kidnapped by the gang members. The trailer includes snippets of conversations between YourFellowArab and Lanmò Sanjou, where the gang leader demands a $600,000 ransom for his release.

The incident sparked panic among YourFellowArab’s fans, who feared for his safety amidst the rampant gang violence in Haiti. However, after 17 days in captivity, YourFellowArab was released without the payment of any ransom. He attributes his abduction to racial profiling, claiming he was targeted purely because of his skin color.

Since his release, YourFellowArab has faced scrutiny and rumors questioning the authenticity of his kidnapping. In response, he released the trailer for an upcoming video documenting his traumatic experience in Haiti. The trailer provides a glimpse into the perilous conditions YourFellowArab endured during his captivity, including isolation in a remote desert compound.

The full video detailing YourFellowArab’s ordeal is eagerly awaited by his followers. While the release date remains unspecified, the trailer assures that it will be “coming soon.” As anticipation builds for the release of the video, viewers are left to ponder the harrowing journey of YourFellowArab in Haiti and the circumstances surrounding his reported kidnapping by the 400 Mawozo gang.
