YNW Melly’s mother is taking her son at his word after he claimed that he is being threatened by the jail staff in a recent Instagram post.

YNW Melly’s mother, Jamie Demons-King is demanding immediate action following the artist’s recent Instagram post.
Moreover, Jamie stated that while she tried to take some relief from the judge in her son’s case, she has had enough.
In addition, she is taking the matter into her hands by reporting the incident to the county commissioner.
Meanwhile, Jamie also shared that Christmas Day is her birthday. Also, she wants to talk to her son as her birthday gift. However, she is uncertain whether it will happen or not.
YNW Melly calls out jail staff for threatening him
YNW Melly took to his Instagram account on Monday to share that he is being threatened by specific guard. He is being held at the Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
One of his captions reads, ‘As of this moment today I am officially in fear of my life. A new Captain named Hubert and XO Jenkins have taken over the jail for two weeks now and have handed out even harsher punishments for me than the previous ones in place.’
The Murder on My Mind singer went on to mention that he is ‘being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.’
Furthermore, he claimed that certain officers are trying to isolate him from other inmates in the prison.
Melly wrote, ‘I have been threatened by Deputies, Lieutenants, and Sergeants that say “they will hide me from the world” and threaten to “beat my a** every day and if I tell my lawyers they will lie and say I hit them first.” Words from Sergeant Anthony Kidd and Lieutenant Jean Baptiste.’
In a follow-up post, Melly revealed that his phone privileges have been revoked. Moreover, he feels like he has a target on his back.
He claimed, ‘My phone privileges are taken indefinitely for violating a harmless phone policy that carries a punishment of 30 days max!!!’
Meanwhile, Melly, whose real name is Jamell Demons is arrested under the charges of a double homicide. He was taken into custody back in 2019.
Besides that, he is accused of murdering two of his longtime friends. The victims were: Anthony ‘YNW Sakchaser’ Williams and Christopher ‘YNW Juvy’ Thomas Junior.
