Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who claims the rapper and fashion mogul subjected her to sexual harassment by sending inappropriate texts and videos.

Allegations and Lawsuit Details

On July 3, TMZ reported that Pisciotta, also a former OnlyFans model, filed a lawsuit against Ye, alleging sexual harassment. Pisciotta, who began working for Ye in July 2021 after meeting him during the development of his fashion line, claims she contributed to three songs on Ye’s 2021 album “Donda.”

According to Pisciotta, Ye promised to pay her $1 million annually if she deleted her OnlyFans account and dedicated herself to working for him. She agreed, but shortly thereafter, Ye allegedly began sending her explicit text messages and videos that made her uncomfortable. One of the texts reportedly read, “See my problem is I be wanting to fk but then after I fk I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fked while I’m f

king them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”

Vulgar Text Messages

The lawsuit includes more graphic messages from Ye, detailing his sexual fantasies. In one text, Ye allegedly wrote, “Is my dk racist? It is. This fking racist dk of mine. I’m going to beat this fking racist dk for being fking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of White women with Black a*ses and beat the st out of my racist dk… Beating the st out of this big Black ck.”

Pisciotta also claims that Ye would masturbate during phone conversations with her and ask if she knew what he was doing. Additionally, she alleges that he sent her two videos of him having sex with models.

Termination and Claims

Pisciotta says she was fired in October 2022 after Ye prom ised her a $3 million severance, which she never received. She is suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment. Pisciotta claims that she was promoted to Chief of Staff for Ye’s various companies at a salary of $4 million before her termination.

Additional Legal Troubles

This lawsuit is not the first Ye has faced this year. In April, he was sued by Benjamin Deshon Provo, a former employee of both the Yeezy brand and Donda Academy, for racial discrimination and unfair labor practices. Provo, who is Black, alleges that Ye frequently screamed at and berated Black employees while treating White staff more favorably. Provo also claims he was unfairly targeted because of his Muslim faith after refusing to convert to Christianity as Ye suggested.

These allegations add to a series of legal and personal controversies surrounding the artist, highlighting ongoing issues in his professional and personal conduct.
