I just remained there. During the air show, Montoya, 27, who attended with a companion, said he was in shock and disbelief. Everyone around was heaving. Everyone was beginning to sob uncontrollably. Everyone was in shock. Dallas mayor Eric Johnson said the videos of the crash are terrible. According to the mayor, the National Transportation Safety Board had taken control of the crash scene and local police and fire departments were providing assistance. Every one of the videos from the airshow catches the shock and horror of the audience who screeched when the Kingcobra rammed into the B-17.

Dallas Airshow Crashes Leave Internet Users And Spectators Horrified
Two vintage warplanes crashed over the Dallas airshow, the FAA said. The impact occurred around 1:20 p.m. as they were flying over the Wings Over Dallas airshow at Dallas Executive Airport. There was no official word on any casualties except for an ABC producer who tweeted that six individuals might have been killed. FAA officials identified the plans as Boeing B-17 Flying Fortresses and Bell P-63 Kingcobra but did not identify the number of passengers on either craft. ABC News reported that the Commemorative Flying corps, which sponsored the show, believed there to be five team members aboard the B-17 and one aboard the P-63. On Twitter, there is a video showing a B-17 slamming into a smaller plane and later shooting fireballs as it hits the ground. Onlooker Anthony Montoya, 27, said he was in complete shock and disbelief. Everyone around was gasping. Everyone was beginning to sob uncontrollably. Everyone was in shock.
Another video shows a woman watching the plans from a shopping centre parking lot saying “Oh no. Oh no” as they collide and then saying “Oh my God!” when she sees the fireball. Dallas lawyer Christopher Kratovil tweeted “A WWII plane just crashed at Dallas Executive Airport, Wing just came off as it made a pass over the airfield. Tragic and horrible to witness” alongside a photograph of onlookers and a plume of black smoke. During one video, an announcer alerts onlookers to stay off their phones so that emergency responders can get through and that children may want to turn away. In a tweet, Dallas Chairman Eric Johnson said, “As most of you know, we have suffered a horrible misfortune in Dallas today during an airshow. Many details stay obscure or unconfirmed right now. The @NTSB has taken control of the accident scene with @DallasPD and @DallasFireRes_q proceeding to give support. He added: “The videos are heartbreaking. Kindly, say a request for the souls who took to the sky to engage and instruct our families today.”
