After killing a guy earlier in the month, Kay Flock was apparently under arrest on December 24. According to a Twitter post from DJ Akademiks, the rapper was accused of murdering the man on the outside of a barbershop.
Oscar Hernandez, a 24-year-old guy, is believed to have caused Flock issues. According to multiple reports, he killed a person on December 16. As well as the NYPD’s Twitter Page indicates a homicide accompanying a blurry screenshot from Video evidence. Flock is sought for murder, according to DJ Akademiks. And he allegedly shot to death the person on Manhattan’s Amsterdam Street.

Several other rappers have indeed been detained for suspected offenses in recent months, which is concerning. Silento, Top5, SpottemGottem, Wisdom Awute, and others are among the people on the list, which is far too extensive.

Who Is Kay Flock?

Kevin Perez is a well-known rapper and a member of the group Thraxxx but is also known as Kay Roy. On YouTube, the 18-year-old has 200,000 subscribers, but his Instagram profile is currently inactive. Flock’s debut single, FTO, was released online in May of 2020. He is known for his drilling songs and is most known for his track on 22Gz’s Blixky Gang Freestyle’s soundtrack.

Other tracks by Kay Flock include Opp Spotter, B-Lovee, PSA, and Being Honest. His newest album, The D.O.A. Tape, was introduced in November 2021. Flock also made an appearance on Lil Tjay’s track, Not In The Mood. Which also included Fivio Foreign and reached number 61 here on Billboard Hot 100.

Kay Flock Arrested: Accusations On Him

As per the authorities, Kay Flock went to just a barbershop. And then saw Oscar Hernandez, with someone he had certain personal matters, as per DJ Akademiks’ official Twitter profile. Both argued before exiting the store, in which the rapper loses his temper and aimed his revolver at Oscar.

According to reports, Flock fired the gun in the neck and back of Oscar Hernandez while wearing a mask. Before he was apprehended, the NYPD’s official Twitter account posted a “Wanted” banner of Flock. And listed him as a culprit in the primary explanation of arrest.

The killing was thought to be gang-related, according to authorities. Oscar  Hernandez was a participant of the Bronx-based Thirdside Gang, according to cop informants. Perez was due to be arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Thursday. Edward Sosa, 34, was charged with the murder of Jorge Martinez, 25, in Washington Heights. According to police reports released Thursday.

Martinez was located shot there in the chest on W. 177th St. and Wadsworth Ave. around 1:40 a.m. Nov. 26. According to government documents, Sosa, who also goes by the name Sylvester King. Previously served multiple terms in state jail for possessing a firearm and drug selling since 2007. After spending 18 months for alleged illegal distribution of a restricted narcotic, he was freed in April.
