So, she doesn’t have anything to do, and she exits. The show get canceled due to the ongoing pandemic situation. There was another show which she is doing i.e. Highly Questionable.
Its final episode was aired on September 10, 2021. But later that show gets replaced with Max Kellerman’s This Just In. In her tweet, she mentioned, “Alas: the obvious thing has happened. I no longer work at ESPN. I’m grateful for my time here. I made incredible friendships and valuable mistakes.” On the other side, ESPN also wished her good luck saying, “We thank Katie for her contributions to ESPN and wish her luck in the future.” From these statements, it can be seen that it may be possible that she is not fired. Rather her work is completed with the company. But the actual reason is not yet revealed by any.
