Kate Moss told the jury from Gloucester, England, how she was leaving her hotel room at the GoldenEye resort in Jamaica. And during a rainstorm, she fell down a flight of stairs and injured herself.

Moss testified, “I screamed because I didn’t know what happened to me and I was in pain.” “And [Depp] ran back to help me, carrying me to my room and getting me medical attention.”

Moss stated that she had a romantic relationship with Depp from 1994 to 1998.
