Grichka Bogdanoff died on the 28th of December, 2021 in Paris. He was one of the famous Bogdanoff twins. Grichka was 72 years old when he passed away this Tuesday. According to the reports by the French newspaper Le Monde, Grichka and his brother Igor was suspected of Covid-19. The twins were admitted to the Paris’ Georges-Pompidou hospital on the 15th of December, 2021.

However, according to the reports, Grichka Bogdanoff died in Paris on 28th December. The cause of his death was the complications due to Covid-19. On the contrary, reports say that the twins were not vaccinated. Grichka and Igor, both underwent many surgeries during the 1980s and 1990s. They had many plastic surgeries like rhinoplasty, facelift, lip filler, Botox treatment, and much more.

Controversies by the Twin Bogdanoff

Before the twins got into the entertainment industry, both chose to do their Ph.D. research at the Center for Nuclear Studies of the University of Bordeaux-I. Grichka took up Mathematics for his doctorate, while Igor took up Theoretical Physics. The Controversy took place in 2002. When the scientific society at Usenet claimed that the research was a hoax, they dugout materials that showed plagiarism and copywriting issues. However, their peer-review system helped them get their doctorate.

Life of Grichka and Igor Bogdanoff

Grichka and Igor Bogdanoff were born in Saint-Lary dans le Gers. According to the reports they were born on the 29th of August 1949. The twins are famous for their work as television producers. Igor and Grichka have done much popular science and science fiction shows.

During their youth, the Bogdanoff twins were aviators. They flew almost all kinds of aerial vehicles. Grichka and Igor started their career in the entertainment industry during the 1970s. In the mid-1970, they did their science segment in Antenne 2’s Un Sur Cinq program.

Eventually, the Bogdanoff twins hosted their own program Temps X. In 1979, the program aired on French Television 1 (TF1). The show covered all aspects of science fiction and pop-science. The show was very famous. It was so much in demand that it ran till 1987.
