Who was Andy Thomas?
Andy Thomas was the co-founder of the Kettle Gryp, along with Daniel Shephard. They were friends for a long time, since high school. They always had the same interests when it came to travelling and flying. This led them to come together for a new business venture. After multiple attempts, they came up with the Kettle Gryp and pitched their idea to the millionaires in Shark Tanks. The duo even secured a $30,000 deal from Lori Greiner.
Daniel Shephard was also the president of Pangolin Design Group in addition to being the co-founder of Shark Tank product. Andy Thomas was the CEO of the same. He previously served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years. Kettle Gryp was born out of his passion for fitness and travel. He would often stand out in Shark Tanks owing to his positive attitude and energetic presentations. Moreover, he was from Ellenville High School and graduated the Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in construction science and engineering.

Fans took to social media to pay their condolences. Tribute messages began to pour in on Twitter and other social media platforms. However, the details of his death are not known as of now. But some sources reveal that the 47-year-old entrepreneur died due to cancer.
How many pitchers use their “sad story” to gain sympathy – sometimes it’s genuine, but other times seems contrived. And here this guy was battling cancer and never said a word or used it to gain sympathy for his pitch.
